Employees opt in by affirmatively checking the separate, initially unchecked SMS consent box and signing their onboarding consent form. An unchecked box is not consent. Message frequency varies based on work activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.
We use service providers, including Twilio, to deliver and support SMS communications. They may process the information necessary to provide those services on our behalf; this does not authorize marketing use or transfer of SMS consent.
